2 tablespoons nonpareil capers, drained
Whole black pepper in a mill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley or dill for garnish
